Shake And Bake Pork Chops
Pork chops are delicious when coated with this Shake and Bake recipe of mine. The spices and seasoning mixed into the breadcrumb mixture play really well with the flavor of pork. It’s a really simple thing to throw together when you don’t want a plain chop, but you don’t want to spend all day marinating something.
This recipe is fast. Like quicker than takeout fast. You can whip up the homemade Shake and Bake in no time at all, and it takes seconds to coat the pork in it.
What Kind Of Pork Should I Use?
Speaking of the pork, I always opt for bone-in chops. Even when I’m making them on the grill, in the Instant Pot, or marinating them. ¾ of an inch thick is perfect for this recipe.
After I coat the pork in the Shake and Bake, I lay it on a shallow sheet pan so it has enough room to circulate and get crispy in the oven. You don’t want to overcrowd the pork so use two pans if necessary. And then, it’s time to dig in when everything is baked to crunchy perfection.
