I’ve made Instant Pot dinners, air fryer chicken dinners, and now I have this air fryer salmon dinner for you to hack your weeknight meals with. There’s something about not turning on the oven that just speaks to me.

Whole Dinners In The Air Fryer
This year, I’ve fallen in love with easy meals that require less cleanup because it means more time with my kids. I like to make fajitas in the air fryer, or just simple chicken and rice with vegetables in the Instant Pot.
I promise I’m not usually a gadget person, but the air fryer gets things so crispy. On nights when I bring home a nice, thick piece of wild caught salmon, I usually just cook it in the air fryer and whip up a few easy sides. But then I thought, “why don’t I make a whole meal with salmon in the air fryer?”
How To Make Air Fryer Sriracha Salmon Dinner
To make the fried rice, you just take cooked rice and frozen, mixed vegetables and throw them in the bottom of the air fryer with some seasoning and soy sauce. After 5-6 minutes, it gets nice and crispy. Dump it out in a bowl and slide the salmon (which gets covered with sriracha, soy, and honey) into the air fryer and cook until crispy.
That’s it! I promise it’s going to save your life (and your tastebuds).

Too much sriracha. And I like spicy. Added more soy and then ginger to tone down. And 5 minutes my rice was still cold . Another recipe said 20 minutes. Hopefully it will turn out.

What is an air fryer tray? Mine has a slide in basket, but rice would fall through the holes for sure. I suppose I could use foil or parchment, but wouldn’t the rice go flying around? Sure sounds good, would like to try it. Are there video instructions? Thank you?
