Taking sausages from frozen to perfectly browned and juicy takes less than 15 minutes in the air fryer.
Can You Cook Sausage From Frozen?
Yes! It’s actually really easy to do, so no need to panic if you realized you left them in the freezer. It’s actually not that different from cooking thawed sausages in the air fryer. The only real difference is that it takes a bit longer, and that you need to take them out halfway through to separate them.
Note that if you don’t want to use the air fryer, you can also cook frozen sausages on the stovetop and in the oven. It’s easiest in the air fryer though!

Instructions
First, remove the sausages from the packaging. If they’re stuck, run a little cool water over the package for a few minutes or microwave for 30 seconds.
Set the air fryer temperature to 400°F and place the “block” of frozen sausages into the air fryer basket. Cook the sausages for five minutes, and then remove the basket from the air fryer. The sausages will be thawed enough to pull apart and redistribute in the air fryer basket so that more air can circulate around them.
Place the air fryer basket back into the air fryer and cook the sausages for an additional eight to 10 minutes. At this point they will be perfectly browned, cooked-through, and juicy.
Serve the sausages immediately or store in the refrigerator up to five days.
