This week I talk with cookbook author Stephanie Weaver about her cookbook, The Migraine Relief Plan Cookbook, which is a follow up to her lifestyle guide, The Migraine Relief Plan. She walks us through the making of her deceptively simple and delicious Carrot Ginger Soup, the cover recipe of her cookbook. She also tells us about her recent writing project, a super-short newsletter “Fun To Be Around” on Substack, where she writes a short themed essay and includes simple recipe or kitchen hack in a fun 2-3 minute read – it’s a newsletter for people who hate newsletters!
