Emillie is not only an expert on fermenting foods, but she is also a passionate advocate for food literacy and the importance of teaching your kids where food comes from and how it is made. Part of this, of course, is involving your kids in food preparation and the dish she shares this week, Pizza Pasta, is a dish that your kids will not only love eating but will also be simple for them to make.
