This week I’m talking to Amanda Reed, Beverage Director at Seattle’s E3 Restaurant Group which owns some of the city’s best steak and seafood restaurants (The Metropolitan Grill, Elliott’s Oyster House, and Lobster Shop). She talks about what exactly a Beverage Director does and how she gets inspiration for new cocktails. She also walks us through how to make one of her restaurant’s signature cocktails, a creative take on a timeless, classic favorite.
