DESCRIPTION

If you can push a button on a food processor, you can make this delicious dip in 10 minutes flat. And you’ll love it.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 5 green onions, divided
  • 2 (5 oz.) cans or pouches pink salmon, drained (if using cans)
  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. hot sauce, such as Tabasco (optional)

Instructions

  1. Roughly chop 4 of the green onions. Put them into a food processor along with the salmon, cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, salt, hot sauce. Pulse until smooth. Taste and add more lemon juice, salt, and/or hot sauce to taste.
  2. Transfer to a serving dish. Slice the remaining green onion and sprinkle it on top.
  3. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to about a day.
