DESCRIPTION

Get the recipe for the most delicious radish and butter sandwich. The key is coarse sea salt, which adds even more crunch and so much flavor.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 slices of whole wheat bread
  • 4 tsp. salted butter, softened
  • 4 radishes, thinly sliced
  • 4 big pinches coarse sea salt (I use Maldon salt)

Instructions

  1. Place the bread on a plate. Divide butter between slices and spread to coat.
  2. Lay the radishes in a single slightly overlapping layer on the slices of buttered bread.
  3. Sprinkle radishes with sea salt.
