Ingredients

  • 4 pork cube steaks
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 Tbsp. cooking oil

Instructions

  1. Season cube steaks evenly on both sides with the salt, garlic powder, pepper, and oregano
  2. Dredge each side of each steak in flour, shake off excess.
  3. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  4. Place pork cube steaks in pan. Cook until well-browned, 3-4 minutes per side. Remove from pan and serve.
