- 4 pork cube steaks
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 Tbsp. cooking oil
Instructions
- Season cube steaks evenly on both sides with the salt, garlic powder, pepper, and oregano
- Dredge each side of each steak in flour, shake off excess.
- In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Place pork cube steaks in pan. Cook until well-browned, 3-4 minutes per side. Remove from pan and serve.
