DESCRIPTION

Ingredients
Scale
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tsp. dried dill weed*
- 1/4 tsp. lemon juice (optional)
Instructions
- Measure all ingredients into a medium-sized bowl and stir, scraping down sides, until it is an even color.
- Serve immediately or, for best results, cover and put into the fridge for 2 hours to allow flavors to meld. Store covered in the fridge for up to one week.

*I’ve found the dried dill works better than fresh in this case.
