Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, cut into small cubes
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 oz. shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. ground white pepper
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  1. To a medium sauce pan set over medium heat add the butter, cream cheese, and garlic. Stir often until it has fully melted and combined.
  2. Add the Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Stir until the Parmesan has melted in. Reduce heat to low.
