DESCRIPTION

Add fresh, tangy flavor to a variety of dishes with this easy homemade Chimichurri Sauce. 


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup firmly packed fresh parsley leaves
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh oregano leaves (optional)
  • 2 garlic cloves, peeled
  • 6 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • Pinch crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. To a blender or food processor add parsley, oregano (if using), garlic, olive oil, vinegar, salt, and red pepper flakes (if using).
  2. Cover blender/processor and pulse 4 to 5 times or until desired consistency.
  3. Use immediately or cover and refrigerate up to 3 days.
