DESCRIPTION

The juiciest oven-baked pork chops can be yours tonight! My method is quick, easy, and serves up tasty, moist chops every time.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 bone-in pork chops, about 1 inch thick, ideally brined (see this post)
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. dried sage, rosemary, thyme, or your other favorite herb
  • 1/2 – 1 and 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F.
  2. On a rimmed baking sheet, brush both sides of the pork with the olive oil. Sprinkle with the herbs, ½  teaspoon salt (or 1 and ¼ teaspoon if you didn’t brine), pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Bake until cooked through, about 15 minutes.
  4. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
