DESCRIPTION

These versatile, juicy Air Fryer Pork Chops are the perfect answer to your busy, on-the-go day. They can be on the table in less the 30 minutes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 bone-in center-cut pork chops, 3/4-inch thick, brined if desired
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp. smoked paprika
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil

Instructions

  1. If brining pork chops, follow these instructions.
  2. Pat the chops dry whether brining or not.
  3. In a small bowl, combine salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.*
  4. Rub 1 teaspoon of olive oil on both sides of each of the pork chops.
  5. Season both sides of the chops with the salt mixture or your seasoning blend.
  6. Working in batches if necessary, place the pork chops in the air fryer basket without overlapping.
  7. Set the temperature to 390ËšF and cook for 7 minutes, or until an instant read thermometer registers between 145-160Ëš F, depending on your preference. Turn chops over half-way through the cooking time.
  8. Remove from air fryer basket and keep warm in a pre-heated 180ËšF oven.
  9. Repeat until all pork chops are cooked.
