DESCRIPTION
Make any dish feel decadent with some homemade Truffle Butter! This compound butter goes great with steak or potatoes.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temperature (1 stick)
- 1/4 tsp. truffle salt
- 1 tsp. truffle oil
- 1 small garlic clove, peeled, minced
Instructions
- In a small bowl combine butter, truffle salt, truffle oil, and garlic until well mixed.
- Transfer butter to a Ramekin or form into a log using parchment or plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving or slicing.
