DESCRIPTION

Make any dish feel decadent with some homemade Truffle Butter! This compound butter goes great with steak or potatoes.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temperature (1 stick)
  • 1/4 tsp. truffle salt
  • 1 tsp. truffle oil
  • 1 small garlic clove, peeled, minced

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl combine butter, truffle salt, truffle oil, and garlic until well mixed.
  2. Transfer butter to a Ramekin or form into a log using parchment or plastic wrap.
  3. Refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving or slicing.
