Talking Bacon with Katie’s Cucina and Droolius

This weekend Katie Jasiewicz of Katie’s Cucina, Julius Mayo Jr. of and I found ourselves at the Orlando Bacon Off, a bacon contest between the two spectacular Orlando food trucks: Big Wheel Truck and C&S Brisket Bus. We were so inspired by all the bacon goodies to eat that we decided to hang out and chat all things bacon.

Get some great tips about cooking and freezing bacon and get inspired by our talk about lard-soaked recipes like Baked Red Velvet Donuts with Candied Bacon Topping and Bacon Jam.
