Day #1: Shepherd’s Pie Stuffed Potatoes with Broccoli and Cauliflower
Side: Raw broccoli and cauliflower lightly tossed in Italian dressing.
Day #2: Italian Cauliflower and Quinoa Bake with Chicken
Oven Baked Chicken Breasts (make twice as much to use on Day #4)
Day #3: Corned Beef and Cabbage Soup
Day #4: One Pot Pasta Primavera
(Use the leftover chicken from Day #2 so you can skip Step #1 of the pasta recipe)
Day #5: Sheet Pan Sausage and Pepper Hoagies
