You take some cream cheese, sour cream, and smoked salmon, pop it in a food processor, and hit the button. Wham, bam, you’re done! I also add some lemon juice and pepper for extra flavor and stir in some more salmon, onion, and fresh dill at the end to give it texture.
Lox Dip
The next time you’re invited to a potluck and you want to impress your friends, try this Lox Dip recipe.
It’s based on our canned salmon dip, which we’ve already covered in this article. You take lox-style smoked salmon, cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, and seasonings and pop it into the food processor.
