The meal plan for this week features five meals that are kosher-inspired. Chicken Shawarma cooks up great in the Instant Pot and Salmon Burgers that use canned salmon couldn’t be easier.

Day #2 Instant Pot Chicken Shawarma | • Instant Pot Chicken Shawarma. Make twice as much chicken as you need to use on Day #4. • Serve chicken with toasted pitas and hummus, and chopped vegetables as per the recipe. |
Day #3 Italian Cauliflower and Quinoa Bake | • Italian Cauliflower and Quinoa Bake. Make twice as much quinoa as you will need to use on Day #4. • Serve with a salad of iceberg lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, red onion, pepperoncini peppers, and store-bought Italian dressing. |
Day #4 Quinoa Chicken Shawarma Bowls | • Reheat the leftover Chicken Shawarma from Day #2 and quinoa Day #3 in soup bowls. Top with chopped tomatoes, bell peppers, cucumber, red onions, iceberg lettuce, and parsley. Drizzle with this homemade hummus dressing. |
Day #5 Salmon Burgers | • Salmon Burgers on hamburger buns with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, and mayonnaise. • Serve with frozen french fries. |
