• Serve with leftover rolls or buns from Easter. Or, you can make Garlic Knots.
Spaghetti Carbonara and Air Fryer Broccoli
|• Spaghetti Carbonara. You can use leftover ham or bacon instead of pancetta. If you do that, just skip the step where you crisp it.|

Egg Salad Sandwiches and Arugula Salad
|• Egg Salad with Chopped Bacon Sandwiches|
• Arugula Salad with tomatoes. Chop up tomatoes and put them in a bowl with salt and push them down to release the juices. Let them sit a bit before adding olive oil, black pepper, and chopped garlic. Scoop them over the arugula leaves as a dressing.
Blackened Chicken Breast and Zucchini Gratin

Crispy Salmon and Instant Pot Risotto
