Meal Plan #7: Recipes And Strategies For Weeknight Success!
On Episode #7 of my podcast, TMI with Christine, I dive into how having a system can help with meal-planning and time-management. This week’s meal plan shows off some great systems and strategies you can try. It’s a fun and delicious plan that your whole family will love!
Day #1: 15-Minute Bacon Cheeseburger Soup with Veggies and Dip
Toasted burger buns spread with garlic butter
Sliced cucumbers, bell peppers, celery with Ranch Dip
Day #2: One Pot Paella with Veggies and Dip
Serve with sliced cucumbers, bell peppers, celery with ranch dressing.
Day #3: Instant Pot Chicken Shawarma with Chickpea Salad, Cucumbers, and Dip
1 can chickpeas (drained) tossed with 1 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar.
Sliced cucumbers, tomatoes, red onion, pita bread, tzatziki or hummus.
Day #4: Leftover Shawarma Burrito Bowls
Leftover chicken shawarma, warmed up
Put the rice in soup bowls. Top with chicken. Top with spinach leaves and cold toppings like leftover balsamic chickpeas, cucumber, bell peppers, tomatoes, celery, red onion, feta cheese, tzatziki or hummus.
Day #5: One Pot Lasagna Bake
Serve with a salad made of spinach and any cold veggies you have left, and ranch dressing.
