To hear me walk you through this meal plan, listen to the end of Time Management Insider: E61 – Making Christmas More Relaxing For YOU and Alaskan Seafood Talk! by clicking the orange and black play button below, or search for Time Management Insider wherever you get your podcasts. In this episode I also talk with
Mindy Samman from Catch Sitka, a family-run Alaskan seafood company that practices sustainability while getting delicious seafood delivered right to your door. Such a great gift idea! Mindy is the co-founder of the company along with her husband. Her story about how she first went to Alaska and how she ended up staying there, building a business, and raising a family there is very intriguing, and she has amazing seafood recipes to share as well!

• In a large bowl combine sliced bell peppers, carrots, celery, cucumbers, a bit of salt and pepper, and some Italian Dressing (make extra to have on Day #5)

Serve with soy sauce and Sriracha on the side, which are both crazy-good with eggs and with salmon!|
• Leftover marinated salad from Day #4.
