|• 15-Minute Italian Wedding Soup Recipe|
• Serve with toasted hot dog buns spread with garlic butter.
Salsa Chicken, Rice, Corn on the Cob
|• Salsa Chicken Recipe (Make twice as much as your family needs for use on Day. After it’s cooked, top the chicken for this day with the sour cream and green onions listed, but also add sliced avocado)|
• Rice (make twice as much as your family needs for use on Day #4)
• Microwaved Corn on the Cob (or try grilling it instead)
New England Shrimp Rolls with Spinach
|• New England Shrimp Rolls (follow the recipe as written but line the buns with fresh spinach leaves before loading them up with the shrimp mixture)|
Kung Pao Shrimp and Rice*
|• Kung Pao Shrimp Recipe (Follow the recipe as written but add small raw broccoli florets to the pan when you add the bell pepper)|
• Serve with leftover rice from Day #2
Loaded Chicken Tacos*
|• To make the tacos, chop up the leftover salsa chicken from Day #2 and heat it in the microwave. Load the chicken into hard corn or soft flour tortillas. Top the chicken with shredded cheddar cheese, fresh spinach, sour cream, salsa, avocado slices, and chopped green onion.|
