Meal Plan #5: Quick and Tasty Meals

Day #1: Quick Chicken Noodle Soup and Fruit Salad
Quick Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup (or use Slow Cooker Chicken Noodle Soup or Instant Pot Chicken Noodle Soup)
A fruit salad made of honeydew melon, watermelon, and grapes. Make enough for two days.
Day #2: One Pot Beef Stroganoff and Fruit Salad
Leftover fruit salad.
Day #3: Shake and Bake Chicken with Rice and Peas
Homemade Shake and Bake Mix or store-bought Shake ‘n’ Bake.
Copycat Shake and Bake Chicken (Make extra chicken for Day #4).
Rice (Instant Pot instructions here)
Frozen peas, defrosted and heated in the microwave.
Day #4: Chicken Club Subs and Salad
Honey Dill Sauce (a Manitoba tradition)
Toast or warm up sub buns. Spread with butter or margarine (optional) and then with mayonnaise or use honey dill sauce. Top with warmed leftover breaded chicken, bacon, American cheese, lettuce, and tomato.
Green salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, green onions, and salad dressing.
Day #5: Loaded Potato Skins and Salad
Baked Potato Skins (or make Air Fryer Potato Skins or Ultimate Twice Baked Potatoes)
