|• Use this One-Pot Taco Pasta recipe, but omit the ground beef and skip the first 4 steps. Start with Step #5. Then use vegetable stock/broth instead of beef stock. In Step #9, stir in 2 drained 14oz cans of beans (I use one can of black beans and one can of kidney beans).|
