• Serve with sliced and toasted hoagies topped with mashed, seasoned avocado.
Shrimp And Bacon Rice Bowls
|• Warm up the leftover rice from Day #2. Divide among soup bowls. Warm up the leftover bacon-wrapped shrimp and put them on top of the rice. Top with thinly sliced raw zucchini, bell peppers, and cubed avocado. Serve with homemade cocktail sauce on the side, or use store-bought.|
