Meal Plan #28: Trying New Things

On Episode #28 of my podcast, Time Management Insider, I talk with Allie Doran, of Miss Allie’s Kitchen. We talk about about cooking with a new baby around and ways to incorporate game into your cooking. The meal plan for this week features five meals that revolve around trying new things. It’s a delicious meal plan that your whole family will love.

Here is this week’s meal plan:

Day #1: 15-minute Egg Drop Soup and Salad

Side: Salad with iceberg lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and store-bought salad dressing.

Day #2: Air Fryer Chicken Fajita Dinner

Day #3: Chicken Tikka Masala

Rice: Instant Pot instructions here. Note that instead of rice, you can use farroquinoa, or cauliflower rice. (Make twice as much rice/grain as your family needs for use on Day #5).

Side: Salad with iceberg lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and store-bought salad dressing.

Day #4: Instant Pot Beef Stroganoff with Steamed Broccoli

Instant Pot Beef Stroganoff (try this stovetop version or Allie Doran’s Healthy Venison Stroganoff)

Side: Steamed Broccoli (make twice as much as your family needs to use on Day #5)

Day #5: Korean Beef and Rice Bowls

Korean Beef and Rice Bowls (Use rice leftover from Day #3 and the broccoli leftover from Day #4)
