Day #1: Kielbasa and Kale Soup
Day #2: Carrot Mac n Cheese, Baked Chicken Thighs, and Salad
A salad of lettuce, cucumbers, and bell peppers with store-bought dressing to serve alongside dinner.
Day #3: Vegetarian Fajitas
Day #4: New England Style Shrimp Rolls with Veggies and Dip
Broccoli, carrots, cucumbers, bell peppers, mushrooms and store-bought salad dressing to dip.
Day #5: Korean Rice Bowls
