Meal Plan #18: Recipes With Short Prep Times
On Episode #18 of my podcast, TMI with Christine, I talk with Belinda Gonzales about how she and her family use meal kits to help out with their meal-planning. The meal plan for this week is inspired by our conversation and includes a bunch of dinners with short hands-on prep times. It’s a delicious plan that your whole family will love!
Here is this week’s meal plan:
Day #1: Sheet Pan Shrimp Boil
Day #2: 15-Minute Chicken and Dumpling Soup with Veggies and Dip
Veggies and Dip: Whatever crunchy veggies you like to dip. I suggest bell peppers, broccoli, mushrooms, and carrots this week. Plus you’ll need ranch dressing for dipping.
Day #3: Sheet Pan Gnocchi with Sausage and Peppers
Day #4: Fish Parmesan Sandwiches with Veggies and Dip
Plus you’ll need some hoagie buns split open. I like to toast the buns, or warm them slightly in the microwave.
Veggies and Dip: Use the same veggies as on Day #1 (bell peppers, broccoli, mushrooms, and carrots plus ranch for dipping).
Day #5: Sheet Pan Steak, Potatoes, and Veg Dinner
