Day #3: Parmesan Crusted Chicken with Fresh Pasta and Roasted Cauliflower
Store-bought fresh pasta from the refrigerator section cooked and mixed with butter, salt, and pepper.

Day #4: Italian Rice Bowls
Reheat the leftover rice from Day #2. Divide the rice among soup bowls. Top with reheated leftover chicken from Day #3, shredded mozzarella, and warmed up tomato sauce. Top with cold fresh chopped zucchini and chopped tomatoes.
Day #5: Philly Cheesesteaks with Quick-Roasted Zucchini
