Day #2 Crispy Skin Salmon with Air Fryer Asparagus and Blender Hollandaise | • Perfect Crispy Skin Salmon, make twice as much for use on Day #4. • Rice, cooked according to package directions. Make twice as much for use on Day #4. • Air Fryer Asparagus (or Roasted Asparagus with Parmesan if you don’t have an Air Fryer) served with Easy Blender Hollandaise Sauce (you should have enough sauce leftover for use on Day #4). |
Day #3 Buffalo Cod Fettuccini Ranch Alfredo served on fresh spinach | • Buffalo Cod Fettuccini Ranch Alfredo served on a bed of fresh spinach leaves so that they wilt. |
Day #4 Salmon Rice Bowl | • Salmon Rice Bowl, made with leftover rice and leftover salmon from Day #2 that has been heated up (or use smoked salmon or canned salmon) and topped with the ingredients listed in the recipe. Drizzle with leftover Hollandaise from Day #2 (warm it in the microwave for 15 seconds at a time, stirring between rounds). |
Day #5 Fish Cakes and Homemade Tartar Sauce | • Fish Cakes with Homemade Tartar Sauce (but for the sauce, use lots of chopped fresh dill since you’ll likely have some left from Day #4). • Frozen peas that have been heated up in the microwave • Spinach salad with cucumber, and red onions, drizzled with Ranch dressing. |
