Learn the tricks to making delicious bean dips no matter what kind of beans you’ve got.

Recently, I shared my recipe for a Mexican Edamame Bean Dip (called Edamole!) with you. It’s a perfect dip for people who don’t like avocados or for those who are watching their weight. This dip is healthy because, like all beans, edamame are high in protein and low in saturated fat. Bean dip recipes are a great alternative to ones that use fatty ingredients like cheese and bacon.

A bowl of green bean dip shot from above. The dip is in a wooden bowl with is on a plate surrounded by tortilla chips. The word Edamole is overlayed over the picture.

When I was making that dip, I realized that all bean dips have a basic method. Today I’m sharing a short video with you that demonstrates that method. Follow the instructions using different flavors and different beans to make delicious bean dips every time.
