Healthy Kid-Friendly Dinners from Me and Produce for Kids

Hi There Cooking Buddy! I am very excited today to tell you about a bunch of healthy kid-friendly dinner recipes. These are easy produce-packed recipes that my family loves and I know yours will too. I partnered with Produce for Kids to bring you today’s recipes.

Healthy Kid-Friendly Dinner Recipes made by COOKtheSTORY on @produceforkids
A few months ago I started working with Produce for Kids to come up with healthy family-friendly recipes. We came up with a slew of recipes but I’m particularly excited about the dinner recipes. The flavors and variety, from bright crowd-pleasers like Citrus Shrimp Tacos and Asian Pulled Pork Sliders to classics (with a produce-packed twist) like Shepherd’s Pie and Pork Chops and Cinnamon Apples, make these recipes delicious additions to any meal plan.

These kid-friendly dinner recipes are as easy to make as they are in tune with kids’ taste buds. I know this for sure because my family members were the guinea pigs as I developed and photographed the recipes.

I hope you’ll head over to Produce for Kids and check out all their delicious dinner recipes. Click here for their full healthy dinner repertoire. The recipes that I developed and/or photographed are linked to below.

Also, if you’re looking for more healthy eating tips, kid-friendly dinners and advice from parents for parents, join the Produce for Kids gang tonight as they officially launch their new website. Follow the hashtag #ProduceforKids on twitter on October 22 at 9pm EST to learn more about how Produce for Kids and its new website can help you with the daily struggles & triumphs of healthy eating as a family. They’ll also be giving away four gift baskets from Sprout® TV, filled with Chica-inspired items!

Disclosure: I was paid by Produce for Kids to do recipe development, photography and promotion for them. All opinions come from me and are honestly my own.
