DESCRIPTION

This recipe is designed for a 10-inch platter or serving board. For larger platters or serving boards, the recipe can be easily doubled, tripled, or quadrupled.


Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. apricot jam
  • 2 Tbsp. chili sauce
  • 8 thin slices yellow Cheddar
  • 8 thin slices Colby Jack
  • 8 thin slices Genoa salami or pepperoni
  • 8 thin slices prosciutto or other cured meat
  • 20 assorted black and orange crackers
  • 1 small bunch black or purple grapes, snipped into small bunches
  • 1/2 cup dried apricots
  • 1 cup smoked almonds

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl stir together jam and chili sauce. Transfer to a small Ramekin.
  2. Place Ramekin near the corner or edge of charcuterie board or platter.
  3. Arrange crackers around edge of board or platter on either side of jam.
  4. Add cheese around edge of board opposite of jam.
  5. Add meats and grapes in middle of board or platter.
  6. Fill in spaces with nuts and dried apricots.
