Eggs Benedict is so diverse that it could be its own food group (behind curry and chocolate, but I digress …). Here are more than 15 creative and easy recipes that highlight this brunch centerpiece.
Over the last few weeks we’ve been learning how to make Eggs Benedict. We talked about making all of the dish’s components, timing it to easily come together for a crowd and exploring some creative twists on the recipe.
Let’s review the recipes.
First, we made the Easiest Hollandaise Sauce. Julia Child would be jealous. It’s made in the blender and literally takes just a couple of minutes.
With those two parts of the dish perfected, we then had the tools to make the Perfect Eggs Benedict. The combination of easy recipes and the helpful cooking timeline will make your at-home brunch so easy that you may never go out before 2pm on a Sunday again.
Once we had the basic recipe covered, we had some fun.
We made my favorite — Hollandaise Butter. It’s so rich and perfect for quick weekday breakfasts. Just spread on toast, English muffins or bagels by itself or with some scrambled eggs and steamed asparagus on the side.
And we didn’t stop at breakfast either. The Poached Egg and Hollandaise Sauce in this Eggs Benedict Spaghetti adds a gourmet feel to this quick and easy dinner.
So that was my big take on making Eggs Benedict as easy and as delicious as possible. In case you’re craving more I asked some of my blogging friends to share their favorite Eggs Benedict recipes and variations. Enjoy!
