Over 12 delicious and easy quinoa recipes to try in the new year!
I first tried quinoa a few years ago and liked it a lot. But I kept forgetting to cook it for dinner. I wanted to add it to our meal rotation with more regularity because it was healthy, quick-cooking and because we all liked it
I found that the key to remembering to make it was having a couple of go-to recipes that we all liked.
