Who hasn’t tried cauliflower rice yet? Well, it’s easier to make now that you can buy the crumbles ready to go, so let’s give it a try!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 12 oz. (4 cups) cauliflower crumbles
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet on medium heat.
  2. Add the cauliflower crumbles. Stir.
  3. Cover skillet.
  4. Cook until cauliflower is soft, 5-7 minutes.
  5. Stir in salt.
