- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 12 oz. (4 cups) cauliflower crumbles
- Pinch of salt
- Heat olive oil in a skillet on medium heat.
- Add the cauliflower crumbles. Stir.
- Cover skillet.
- Cook until cauliflower is soft, 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in salt.
