DESCRIPTION

The prettiest butter boards have vibrant colors coming from ingredients like fresh berries and edible flowers, which is exactly what we’ve done for this one! Serve at room temperature with your choice of bread and crackers.


Ingredients

  • 1 stick (1/2 cup) unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 7 fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
  • 1 lemon, zested
  • 4 fresh blackberries, cut in half
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • Edible flowers

Instructions

  1. On a small cutting board, plate, or platter, spread butter into a ⅛-inch thick layer. 
  2. Sprinkle salt, ground cinnamon, mint leaves, and zest evenly over butter.
  3. Place blackberry halves on top of butter.
  4. Drizzle honey over butter. Top with edible flowers.
