Ingredients

  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 3 hard boiled eggs, chopped finely
  • 1 small rib celery, chopped finely
  • 1/2 green onion, chopped finely
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mash the avocado with a fork.
  2. Add the egg, celery, green onion, salt, and pepper. Stir just until combined.
