DESCRIPTION

Avocado chicken salad is creamy, delicious, and healthy and bonus –  has no mayo!


Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 and ¼ cup diced cooked chicken
  • 1 rib celery, chopped finely
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
  • ½ tsp. lemon juice
  • tsp. salt
  • tsp. garlic powder
  • tsp. black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mash the avocado with a fork until smooth.
  2. Add the chicken, celery, green onion, lemon juice, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  3. Stir until well combined.
