Air fryer roasted potatoes are so much faster than oven roasted potatoes — plus they won’t heat up your house!

Ingredients

  • 1 and ½ lb. baby potatoes
  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp poultry seasoning
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
  2. Cut the potatoes in half.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the potatoes, oil, poultry seasoning, salt, and paprika. Mix until the potatoes are evenly coated with oil and seasonings.
  4. Add the potatoes to your air fryer.
  5. Cook for 10 minutes.
  6. Shake the basket to redistribute the potatoes.
  7. Cook for another 10 minutes, or until the potatoes are cooked to your liking.
