Air Fryer Crispy Chickpeas

  • 1 (15 oz.) can chickpeas, rinsed, drained
  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. favorite seasoning blend (optional)


  1. Set air fryer temperature to 375°F.
  2. Using paper towels, dry chickpeas well.
  3. Transfer to a medium bowl. Stir in olive oil, salt, and seasoning.
  4. Transfer chickpeas to air fryer basket. Insert basket into air fryer. Cook 20 minutes, or until chickpeas are desired crispness, shaking basket halfway through cooking.
  5. Transfer crispy chickpeas to a serving bowl. Serve warm or at room temperature.
